Speed reading software
Until I actually tried speed reading software, I was never convinced that it could make a difference. I was surprised to find that I went from around 450-500 wpm to an average of 900 wpm. Yuck. Knee problems.
Apparently, all these miles of walking and running have aggravated an old fencing class injury in my right knee.
